Disappointed by the problems with this product

I am very disappointed with this Galaxy S25 product, first of all it is not normal that every four hours I have to enter the protection code of the lock screen not recognizing my face and if I am not at four hours then I have to enter it at 24 hours. If it seems normal to you that I have to enter the code every time while other phones do not even ask for such a code, it means that your software that you used is not well thought out. Love the stylus

I recently switched from the Galaxy Z Fold 4 to the Galaxy S25 Ultra, and surprisingly, I don’t miss the larger screen as much as I expected. The user interface is incredibly fluid, and the screen resolution is stunning, delivering a crisp and immersive experience. One of my favorite features is how effortlessly you can remove unwanted objects from photos—it’s never been easier. I also love the ability to write on the lock screen with the stylus, which adds a level of convenience I didn’t know I needed. However, the camera has been a bit of a letdown for me. Compared to my previous device, the photos seem dull and lack the vibrant colors I was used to. While the overall experience with the S25 Ultra has been great, the camera performance could definitely be improved.
